Cabin Rates $120 per night, 2 night minimum $99 per night for 3 or more nights stay 3 night stay required on holiday weekends $649 per week Plus 9.75% taxes Fox Den Rates $159 per night, 2 night minimum $129 per night, 3 or more night stay 3 night stay required on holiday weekends $795 per week Plus 10.75% taxes For monthly rates on both our cabins and the house please call for pricing. When you arrive in Franklin you can check in at Mail Stop Shipping Center located at the south entrance of the Whistle Stop Mall.  Hours of operation are from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday thru Friday, CLOSED on Saturday and Sunday.  If you come outside of those hours you can make arrangements to go directly to the cabins and do a morning check in. Check in time is 4pm, check out time is 11:00am     Deposit and Reservation Policies   If you are paying by credit card, a deposit amount of 50% of your stay is required to make a reservation. The balance will be due at check-in.   If a credit card is not available, a deposit check for 50% of your stay can be mailed to: Big Bear Log Cabins 1281 Georgia Road Franklin, NC 28734 If paying by check, upon arrival the full amount of your stay will be due. Your original deposit amount will be mailed back to you upon final inspection of your cabin, less any applicable cleaning fees.   Deposits will be refunded if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before reservation date   There will be no deposit refund if cancellation is made within 30 days of reservation date Rules   To keep the cabins at their best, there is a no smoking, no pets policy at any of our cabins. Failure to abide by this will result in a fine in addition to the extra cleaning fees.   To receive your full deposit back if paying by check or to not have your credit card charged extra, we ask that you clean up after yourselves and leave the cabins in good order. All bath linens should be left in the bathtub, dishes should be washed, dried and put away, floors swept and all the garbage should be collected and put in the garbage can outside. We’ll take care of the bedding.   We ask that you be mindful of neighbors and abide by the quiet hours between 8 PM and 10 AM.
